Shipping
We use International Express Service for all international deliveries. The orders usually are dispatched within 24 hours from the order date. After the goods are dispatched, we will provide you a tracking number for tracking online immediately. If you didn't receive shipping notification letter, please check your junk mail box or contact us. It usually takes around 5-7 days for door to door delivery.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, pls email us immediately. 10% cancellation fee applies. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Hope you can understand. Thank you.
Returns
In the occasional event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer.To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason fist. We will then provide you with further instructions about our shipping information. Goods must be returned unuesd and contain all the original packaging and labels. After receiving the return goods, we will refund your full payment.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions about our shipping information. The goods can be exchanged under the circumstances of unuesd and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels. When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.
We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping. If your goods lose on the road, you can trace the shipping company. For overseas orders this process sometimes can take up to 30 days.
Insurance
You don't need to pay extra money for the insurance. The shipping company will be responsible for all the items they undertake. Over 99% of the items will be delivered safely. In case your item get lost or damaged, we will be responsible for half the loss.
